Threshold Aviation hosts annual holiday dinner

August 30, 2017 | Suzanne Sproul

Company and clients hold successful blood drive — Threshold Aviation Group of Chino employees and even clients recently banded together for a successful blood drive and bone marrow screening.

It was the first time the company has participated in this type of life-saving campaign with LifeStream, the Inland Empire’s blood and blood products collection agency. The effort produced 24 pints of blood. Nicole DiLullo, director of fixed-base operations services at Threshold, coordinated the drive. “Threshold is all about helping the community,” she said. Thirty-four employees voluntarily were screened and 24 were able to donate.

Lisa DiLullo and Nicole DiLullo are co-founders of the HLC Foundation (“Hope, Love and Charity”) also in Chino. The nonprofit provides clothing, food, toys and other amenities to local families in need throughout the year. In addition, the foundation helps families who have suffered from tragedies by paying for funeral receptions and donating funds to assist with medical expenses. The foundation wants to work with Threshold in the future for another drive.
