Threshold's FAA Approved Part 145 Repair Station / MRO is Aviation Maintenance Group, Inc., ("AMG"). AMG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Threshold Aviation Group and provides professional aircraft maintenance, repairs, retrofitting and refurbishing. AMG is fully equipped with Machine Shops, Upholstery and Wood Shops as well as Service Facilities which enable us to conduct "heavy maintenance" and major repairs on large and small business jets.
Threshold Aviation Group participated in NASA's High Ice Water Content "HIWC" Research Project. Threshold directed the modification of one of its Gulfstream G-II aircraft by installing six under wing pylons containing twelve Research Pods as well as radar systems on top of the fuselage to collect metrological information monitored by seven NASA Scientists aboard the aircraft.
Threshold's Completion Shop routinely converts Business Jets with aged paint and interiors into modern aircraft with state-of-the-art paint and interior designs as well as Entertainment and WIFI Systems.
Threshold's Aviation Division enables the company to convert older avionics systems into new technology "Glass Cockpits" while inspections, maintenance, interior refurbishment, exterior paint or protective coatings are installed on the company's customer aircraft.
Threshold's Aircraft Management Services enables the owners of Business Jet aircraft to simply advise us of their travel itinerary. We plan and provide all of the services required to ensure that the aircraft is in position for departure at the desired location and time. Threshold provides aircraft insurance, storage, maintenance, fuel, flight crews and operational management enabling the aircraft owner to focus on their business activities, while enjoying the benefits of aircraft ownership, and not worrying about the details of operating an aviation department.

Threshold repurposes aircraft by parting them out. The Company takes Business Jets that have reached the end of their economic or useful lives and disassembles them for the valuable parts. The parts are harvested from the aircraft, tested for return to service, and then sold.
Threshold hosts community events such as its "Hope, Love and Charity" Christmas Dinner where about 3,000 neighbor families enjoy dinner and the children visit Santa and leave with armloads of gifts.
To support its local Police personnel, Threshold Aviation Group, its HLC Foundation, Inc., along with the John P. Previti Memorial Foundation donated 100 debit cards each with a $100.00 value, to the San Bernardino County Sheriff, John McMahon. The concept behind this program is for the Sheriff to present the cards to his officers so they can use them while on or off duty to enhance community relations.
